SUMMER READING PROGRAM
This summer we are celebrating friendship, community, collaboration, and all the things that make us stronger when we work together. Your local library is where all the different people in your community and all the world's incredible stories meet up to form a truly special place dedicated to living, learning, and growing together! Summer is a great time to explore what we have to offer and find something that makes you love reading.

Our summer reading program encourages children and families to read all summer long, wherever your journey takes you! You can read books from the library or from home.

WHO IS IT FOR? Children of all ages!
HOW DOES IT WORK? Complete badges in your Bingo Card between May 22 and July 15 to earn prizes! A BINGO is earned when you complete 5 squares in a row in any direction (up and down, across, or diagonally.)

1ST BINGO: Receive a free book, a prize from our treasure box, and get entered into a drawing for one of our summer reading gift baskets
EACH ADDITIONAL BINGO: Visit us at the service desk to get a piece of candy and another entry into the drawing.
Join us at the library for fun programs and events, including:
Bouncing Babies -- Thursdays at 10:30 am & 3:00 pm
Storytime -- Fridays at 10:30 am & 3:00 pm
Summer Reading Kickoff Night -- May 25 drop in 3:30 - 5:30 pm
Fiddlin' Dan -- June 5 at 10:00 am
Half Moon Petting Zoo -- June 14 from 9:00 to 11:00 am
Crescent Circus -- June 22 at 2:00 pm
at the Jefferson Civic Center, 65 Kissam Street, Jefferson
Foam Party -- July 12
age 9 and under - 10:00 am
age 10 and up - 10:45 am
