Service Update

Beginning Dec. 3, the eRead Kids ebook and audiobook collection will move from the Boundless app to The Palace Project app.

Starting Nov. 18, patrons will no longer be able to check out eRead Kids items in the Boundless app but will retain access to existing checkouts. All checkouts will take place through The Palace Project app beginning Dec. 3. Item holds will not transfer to the new platform.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Why is this happening? Baker & Taylor, the world’s leading book wholesaler for libraries, is closing down operations due to financial difficulties. Baker & Taylor owns the Boundless app that hosted the eRead Kids collection.

  • What can I do? Download The Palace Project app now to access ebooks and digital audiobooks for all ages with your library card. We will continue to share updates as the eRead Kids collection for kids in Kindergarten to fourth grade becomes available in its new home in Palace.
