Library Assistant - City of Maysville - Maysville Public Library (Part-Time)

Pay rate: $15.00/hour
Status: Part-time, approximately 20 hours a week

The Maysville Public Library is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Library Assistant to support the daily operations of the library. This position provides excellent service to patrons of all ages while assisting with circulation, shelving, technology support, library programs, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment. ​The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys working with the public, is comfortable using technology, and thrives in a collaborative team setting.

Schedule

The selected candidate must be available to work the following schedule:

• Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• First Wednesday of each month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Outreach Program)

• Occasional Saturdays as scheduled.
